Shipping policy

Driftless Wader Repair is a mail-in service. 

Customers are responsible for shipping their gear to us for repair.

Return shipping is included in the cost of your service. 

After completing your purchase, you will receive instructions on how to ship your boots or waders to us for repair. 

Once your gear is received, we will complete the repair and ship it back to you.

Processing and repair times vary depending on the condition of the gear. Most repairs are completed within 2-4 weeks. 

Due to the size and weight of certain items (such as neoprene waders), additional shipping charges may apply. If additional shipping is required, we will contact you before proceeding with your order is returned.
